This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application "Sloooth" (referred to as "the App" or "We") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the App. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information processed by the App.
1. Information Collection and Use
Local Data Storage: The App is designed to operate primarily offline. All your training records, calendar events, notes, and custom timer presets are stored locally on your device using local storage or shared preferences. We do not transmit or store your training data on our servers.
Third-Party Services: To support development and maintain the App free of charge, we show advertisements in the App. We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device.
The App uses the following third-party service provider:
- Google AdMob: Provided by Google Inc. to deliver advertisements. AdMob collects information such as your device IP address, mobile advertising identifiers (like Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID), and device settings to serve personalized and non-personalized ads. Please read the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
2. Advertising and Consent
By using the App, you consent to the processing of data by Google AdMob as described in their privacy policy. You can choose to opt-out of personalized advertising through your device's settings:
- iOS Devices: Enable "Limit Ad Tracking" or disable tracking permissions in Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
- Android Devices: Go to Settings > Google > Ads and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or reset your advertising ID.
3. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルアプリケーション「Sloooth」（以下、「本アプリ」または「当方」）が、本アプリの使用時に取得する情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。当方はお客様のプライバシーを尊重し、本アプリで処理される情報の保護に努めます。
1. 情報の収集および利用目的
ローカルデータの保存: 本アプリは基本的にオフラインで動作するように設計されています。トレーニング記録、カレンダーイベント、日記、カスタムプリセットはすべて、デバイス内のローカルストレージ（Shared Preferences等）にのみ保存されます。当方がお客様のトレーニングデータを外部のサーバーに送信または保存することはありません。
外部サービス（第三者）モジュール: 本アプリの開発継続および無料提供維持のため、アプリ内に広告を表示しています。これらの第三者サービスは、広告配信や効果測定のために、お客様のデバイス情報などを取得する場合があります。
本アプリが使用する主な外部サービスは以下の通りです：
- Google AdMob（グーグル アドモブ）: Google Inc. が提供する広告配信サービスです。AdMobは、パーソナライズ広告の配信や分析のため、IPアドレス、モバイル広告識別子（iOSのIDFA、AndroidのAAIDなど）、および端末設定情報を自動的に収集する場合があります。詳細は Googleのプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
2. 広告配信における同意および制御
本アプリをご利用いただくことで、Google AdMobによるデータの処理に同意したものとみなされます。パーソナライズ広告（追跡型広告）の配信は、お客様のデバイス設定から無効化または制限することができます：
- iOS端末: 「設定」 > 「プライバシー」 > 「トラッキング」から、本アプリの追跡権限をオフに設定してください。
- Android端末: 「設定」 > 「Google」 > 「広告」から、「パーソナライズ広告をオプトアウトする」を有効にするか、広告IDをリセットしてください。
3. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子供を直接の対象として設計されていません。当方は意図的に13歳未満の子供から個人情報を取得することはありません。保護者の方が、お子様が個人情報を提供したことに気づかれた場合は、速やかに下記お問合せ窓口までご連絡ください。
